MAMUTI Veteran Rugby Club from Belgrade (Serbia) had organised the big Veterans Tournament in Rusanj, with the participation of clubs from Bosnia & Hercegovina (VRK “Vitez” , VRK “Krcmari” and VRK “Propaliteti” both from Zenica), Croatia (RK “Sisak”) and Serbia (RK “Vrsac”, “Zmajevi” RK “Zemun”, RK “Borac” Starcevo, RK “Dinamo” Veterani Pancevo, RK “Nis”Veterani”).
This International Tournament was also the Memorial for passed members of VRK “Mamuti”(Darinko Gelic) as well as of Dr. Bosko Kukolj (Zenica).
Zeljko Drobnjak, Team Manager of “Mamuti” had organised this pleasant veteran gathering with the enthusiastic support of his Team mates . . . let us “finish” this small report with the words of Zeljko Ljubanic, Team Manager of VRK “Vitez”: “Our Rugby friends had done their best, it was the great enjoyment for all of us to be here and take part. Hope to be able to return the same hospitality next year in Vitez.”
