More than 150 Veterans from Czech Republic (RC Bystric Brno), Spain (Santander) and of
course Croatia (Sinj, Zagreb, Split) joined this ADRIA Festival, after the two years “pause”
because of Covid – 19 pandemic.
The feeling to be “back” and to play the favourite Game has been notable at the “every
step”….. from all the players to the Organisers of Rugby´59, as well as the Split spectators,
who missed their Sport at most.
The traditional “Third Halftime”took place at “Nada” RFC Rugby Stadium in the middle of the Old town. All were fascinated with the traditional gastronomic specialities of Town Split and Dalmacija.
Usual exchange of clubs presents “interrupted” just shortly wonderful “Rugby atmosphere”.
